There is a possible phishing attempt by some actors trying to imitate the American Express® company..
The return ID is " AMEX MYCA@welcome aexp com" and from a search is listed as untrusted.
(Certain characters replaced with spaces so it is not an active link!)
The header notes "Card Replacement Coming.. Attention Required"
Do not open this Email.. delete it outright, or copy just the header info and send to spoof@americanexpress.com

Edit 11/25/2015..
Seems that American Express® has begun using a new mailer service.. and your Email 'guardian' may mistake the incoming as suspicious. But do first check the header info, if something seems suspicious or not expected.
