Anyone knows a game that is simcity meets risk, and allows you to meet up/join/ally/fight other online players? For the pc

May just be a rumor of a merge at present. Hasbro® is the company that makes a lot of board games, and works with third-party companies (including EA) for creating video games.
There is another rumor that the iPad may see an app for Sim City and Risk.

The jist I got was he's after a game that had the look and feel of simcity, the chance to lose it all like in risk. and the ability to team up, solo or dual like WoW..
