Was wondering which method of connecting a PC video card to a Monitor would provide best video results....HDMI or DVI ????

DVI is strictly video.. no audio. It is the best connection for purest video. HDMI is capable of both video and audio transfer. One cable, instead of two or three. There are adapters so a DVI output can be mated to an HDMI cable, along with audio output.

Thanks, never knew that. PC monitors have changed quite a bit when it comes to what is available. When it comes to better performing monitors it seems that they are in the larger size models, not like in years back. Not to much to choose from in a 19 inch dual DVI when it comes to a quality good performing monitor. Not every body plays games.

NEC for one at one time made a great 4:3 top performing PC monitor I think they went for around $400.. NEC no longer makes 4:3 monitors I am told. IMO Samsung no longer makes quality TV's or monitors. Had a 52 inch top of the line TV, and a current 60 inch 3D and a 23 inch PC monitor and all of them had bad cap problems. Honestly I have no idea who makes a quality product of any kind any more?????

I have been using them for quite some time and never had any issues or fatigue or whatever. I am not entirely sure if they produce something you need without provided minimum wanted specifications...
