Veterans Day

Postby c327 » Tue Nov 11, 2014 1:33 am

Today is Veterans Day here in the United States and for me I am thinking how proud I am of all our veterans both living, past and currently serving in our military service. I am so thankful for all they have done in the past and who continue to do so that we all here can live the way we choose. The price tab for this was costly, so today is a day that I think about those who paid it.

Many of those veterans that returned home were missing legs or arms. But they bravely fought in the cause of freedom for the rest of us. And many paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. We owe them more than just a "thank you".
Honor a veteran, let him or her know they are not forgotten. Support the known service organizations that provide for them.
