I need a good motherboard for Intel Xeon E3-1246 v3

I have this CPU:

Intel Xeon E3-1246 v3, 4x 3.50GHz, Socket 1150, boxed (BX80646E31246V3)

and would like to buy a good motherboard.
I wouldn't buy an additional graphic (video) card.
I'm not a gamer and motherboard price is not important.
For me is important: virtualization, compiling programs, standby (low power consumption) and long life of a hardware.

I though:

MSI Z97 U3 Plus

Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3

Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H

ASRock H97M Pro4 (90-MXGTA0-A0UAYZ)

ASUS H97-Pro (90MB0IJ0-M0EAY0)

Which one can you recommend or you have an other, better recommendation?

Of all of them I wouuld opt for the Asrock H97M Pro4. I have had the better results with Asrock over the years than any other manufacturer, but that aside, it is a micro ATX board, not full size, if you are gaming maybe go for a full size board (Graphic card fitting)... But as you are not micro ATX should suit you. There are 2 x PCI-e 16 slots so if you need to add a video card or extra SATA RAID cards there is room for that. Plus there are two PCI slots, which if you are like me with some pretty useful PCI cards spare that does come in handy.
I have been programming on computers since the ZX81.
I am an apprentice trained Electronics Engineer with qualifications to back it up.
I have been repairing computers since 1996.
Yet to some people I still know nothing...
