|
|
Hi,
I'm underway to making a cooling mod using a C-PaP machine in place of a fan for my cpu. The cfm would be unreal and no noise. I need to figure out how to attach and seal the flexible hose to the heatsink on the cpu to
direct all the air to the heatsink.
It should give you all the cfm of air you would need for overclocking.
Any ideas would be helpful.

It is best to cut the flexible hose and fit ti a metal tube that can be glued by epoxy or better yet conductive epoxy to the heatsink with plenty of contact area..
Fish tank filter and water pump mod is the cheapest ideal adaptation that I am interested. You can have a larger heatsink with fan on top to the fish tank filter system to cool the water before it goes back into the water filter. |

| Isn't there a potential risk of a leak in a system like that, and wouldn't that generally fry your system if it happened? |
