How much would you pay for this system build?Are there any things that are incompatible?

Welcome to the motherboards.org...

The only thing I would question would be the PSU... What brand is it? For a gaming machine like that, I would have at least 850w which is certified 80+ Gold or platinum and is branded, ie Corsair, OCZ, Antec etc..

As for the headset, I heartily recommend any by turtle beach - the more you pay the better the quality (background hiss, bass etc)...

The psu is from corsair.I thought 760 w is gd enough?Also,overclocking the cpu barely gains performance in gaming,so perhaps change the cooler to hyper 212+.Btw i wonder if i were to sell this as a all in one gaming pc, i wonder whether i would get some profit XD.

Just $20 up compared to the 760, this is a no-brainer. Even though they make things very easy this days, I'd stay with aircooling if this is your very 1st system build.

regarding about overclocking the graphics card, if i get a crash when stress testing the graphics card, how much should i increase the voltage?When should i increase the voltage,when should i stop pushing the settings, and when should i lower the settings?
