hello Ill probably gonna custom wc my next pc instead of using a h70

I wanted to know if it exist a waterblock for amd hd7850 graphic card ?

and is there big difference in result between all the different cpu block ?

( planning to cool a 7850, gonna use 560 ti if 7850 is not possible + a i5 2500k , in a raven 02 )
