I have a dell xps 720, locked out of OC of course.. its a nfore nvidia 680i sli ... wondering if i can flash a simular evga or xfx 680i sli over it.. maybe to unlock the oc features?

I have a 65nm q6600 and i want to oc this baby.. :3
ive tried BSEL mods, but every vid mod i come across... doesnt work.. the FSB Bsel part works fine, but the VID doesnt.

Maybe there's a commercial upgrade bios (about $60 usually) but I wouldn't hold my breath. Dell is maximizing profit which means the hardware is capable of running at designed speeds, not much room left for overclocking... The chips may handle it, the glue logic and various other parts of the power circuits on the board itself: I don't think so...
