I have trouble finding out a motherboard, My team is assembling a tablet with minimum features, my motherboard requirements are:

1. It should not support : music, videos and bluetooth.
2. Should support USB 2.0, 0.5gb ram and lan cable port
3. Should fit in 17" size.
4. work on li ion battery

Generally tablets are not assembled using oem components. They are per-assembled from a company. Desktop boards also have way larger power requirements.

Just like laptops, there is no real standard beyond power requirements. Each brand has their own boards, and often vary from comp to comp within the same brand. You're simply not going to find a tablet motherboard anywhere except in a prebuilt unit.

With a budget of about $10,000 you could probably get a OEM to make a board for you.
