Thanks for providing more info. I'm still looking for a manual or a BIOS update for this mobo, but still no luck.
I even went to the internet archive and searched the wincor-nixdorf website, but I couldn't find anything yet related to the motherboard.

The only bioses in there (Wincor support section) are for Intel-chipset based motherboards. Haven't tried the archived version of the Wincor website yet.

Can go as far back as 2000 from when these systems were first released, not a single download in there, I fear you will have to send an email to Wincor and hope you get the engineer that is willing to cooperate. If you can get any info/updates/manuals from them, would you be so kind so forward a copy to me for my archives? Thanks in advance.

I contacted Wincor-Nixdorf support via mail, telling them the motherboard I have, what was it used for, and requested if they had any kind of files for it (BIOS, manual, etc). This is what they replied:

Code: Select all
Hello,

Please note that we can not provide the information you requested through our service support hotline. Access to this information is strictly limited to Wincor Nixdorf Qualified Service Partners with a valid Service Partner Agreement.

At this point in time neither you in person nor your company are listed with the partner status "Wincor Nixdorf Qualified Service Partner".
Please contact your Wincor Nixdorf HQ Service Partner Management.

We trust your understanding that due to company regulations, it is not permitted for our technical support teams to send internal documentation to 3rd parties outside the Qualified Service Partner list.

So, I guess there's no way to get a hold of the files then...
