This is a board made by ECS for the Acer company. Very little information is known.
It is used in this model the Acer Power SK30:
http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?modelId=936
front panel:
HDDLED+ 1 2 PWRLED+
HDDLED- 3 4 PWRLED-
RSTSW 5 6 PWRSW
RSTSW 7 8 PWRSW
NOCON 9 10 KEY
That is about the best it will get, ECS is not going to help much as the OEM (Acer) needs to support it as part of the contract they made with ECS. _________________ We hate rut, but we fear change.

CPUs for that type of board are becoming scarce and thus too expensive for the performance gain they give. Better save a bit longer adn replace the system in one go. _________________ We hate rut, but we fear change.
