unsuccessful bios flash

i tried to update the bios of my dell inspiron n4010 notebook but after flashing the bios the notebook is not starting rather it beeps for sometime and stops..
please help me.......

how did you upgrade, where did the bios come from and what were you trying to solve? Sounds like a recovery is needed and that will have to be done by the service center, you need to bring the original purchase receipt then.

I downloaded the BIOS upgrade from dell website. And I was flashing the BIOS using a windows utility. I was updating all of my drivers as I had just installed the Win 7 OS, when it happened.

So let me get this straight. You were flashing the BIOS and loading drivers at the same time, which required a restart. Congrats, you now have a very expensive brick. Send it back to Dell, this won't be covered under warranty, so be prepared to pay for a new motherboard and service charges.
