What is the difference between Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements? is price the difference? I would imagine what it offers is different also.

PS Elements is for the home user, beginner to advanced, Photoshop CS5 is for professional web designers, video designers, what Adobe terms "cross media professionals", meaning people who use PS as just one small tool in a larger arsenal.

Stick with Elements if you're a home user just wanting a great photo editor.
