Welcome to Motherboards.org! Try this link for BIOS updates.. http://kmkm.dk/bios-and-system-update/soyo.html
But if the chipsets don't recognize the Prescott series, only the Celeron and Northwood, then you won't get your wish. From the Soyo review page link, the board may support the Prescott. But check the CPU compatibility chart to ensure so. That '875' chipset type should.

The Soyo website is no more. I do not know if the Prescott P4 is compatible. The Manual says it is, but the bios updates say it is not. I can find all kinds of links to the bios file, but it was hosted on the soyo website, and its no more.

If the original provider for BIOS updates is no longer available, www.esupport.com/ should have an appropriate BIOS update for most models.
The only critical criteria is the BIOS string found in the lower left corner of the screen, on the first video image. That is the true ID of the mobo. There also would be some info at the top of the first screen, as to BIOS version and type.. along with any video card ID info.

There are three SY-p4i875 Dragon 2's the original board doesn't
support the Prescott cpu's or Celeron D's. But the SY-p4i875 Dragon 2
Version 1.0 and the SY-p4i875 Dragon 2 Platinum both do. To tell the
difference between the original Dragon 2 and the Version 1.0 board all
you need to do is look at the motherboard and it will be printed on
the board between PCI slots.

the 4AA1 bioses and newer for the 1.0 do support prescott, i have a 4AA4 bios lurking somewhere in the archives... esupport have a handy tool to retrieve your bios ID, please reply with that so I can check if you have indeed something that can be flashed with that 4AA4 bios.

There is something weird about your old bios
Quote:
05/16/2003-Canterwood-6A79B009C-00-None
BIOS OEM: P4ICW-4AA1 - 6.00 PG

the red zeroes should have been S2 as the soyo manufacturer code is S2. Is this a retail board or one from a branded system?

I am going to send my 4ICW2-4AA4 bios file to you. The question is how you are going to get this thing into your bios chip. Doesn't the board boot at all or just not load windows?
