the post time is now only approximately 3 minutes off. It is close enough in my book. I am considering this problem fixed and closing this thread.

Well it seems since the move to the new server the post times are off again!! According to my watch it is 6:09AM EST. The time zone in the profile is set correctly..

Here's another example:

http://www.motherboards.org/forums/view ... 1113#71113

There is a post by Jay Masta that is timed 4:11pm. Here in the Eastern Time Zone it is 2:43 right now. When I post to answer his question my post will jump in front of his and will seem that I am posting reply to a different question.

My times are correct, I haven't changed anything. The time stamp & actuall time of my posts coincide.

The problem I see is that people viewing the thread will have no clue as to what I'm talking about because my answer jumps in front of the question. After 41 yrs., I'm about used to looking stupid anyway.

JFYI!

EDIT: After posting this I see that now MY time stamp is off as well.
