Inactive or "Dead" User?

In checking the ranks for F@H, I noted two entries for Shadopadla..
19629 55 Shadopadla 185424 156 33258
30946 72 Shadopadla 118112 480 33258

The second listing has not changed in many weeks.
Is this the same person, or two different users with the same name?

If the same user, was there a foul up with linking the original user (#72) with the current (#55) user?
If they are the same user, then the scores should be combined as one.
F@H.. to solve mankind's maladies.. in our lifetimes!

There is only one possible explanation for this (that I know of :) ). If you enter your user name with your E-Mail address in it for example Shadopadla@mydomain.com then Pande Group will truncate the entry, leaving out the @ and anything following it. However, if you then setup another computer just using the user name Shadopadla then this will be treated as a different user. The E-Mail will show up on Pande's servers, its just that we don't get to see it.

As for combining the accounts, lots of people have done the same thing and Pande have consistently refused any requests to correct this situation.
