During my travels of the internet, I found a rather nice utility that can easily show Graphics card overclocks. It is called GPU-Z

Here is an example:

There I have it sitting next to CPU-Z and a few other things. Nothing in that system is overclocked (yet)
People who have gone through Starfleet academy should be taught how to fix everything. Even a Roman aqueduct.

Yes, nice program, I also use a program called "EVGA Precision", set profiles for overclocking and change fan speed.
