I'm starting to wonder if Cooler Master has either acceptable service, or they just do not give a crap. Back on October 4th with the September contest Doc announced the winners. Hey, for once I actually got something?? WoooHoooo!!
It's now just about the end of November...just about 2 months.. And still no show from Cooler Master. If this company wants to continue it's advertising and contests with this group. Maybe they should step up to the plate and do things in a timely manner. I'd expect to wait several weeks for delivery. (as it's normal to verify the winner(s) and the addresses) However it's getting way into the overtime area.
If this figures to drag on any longer? Then I'll probably just pitch the idea of expecting this "prize" to show up. (and anyone from Cooler Master can also FORGET!! any ideas of purchases in future from myself and anyone I can discuss their crappy service with.) Just saying to the company--people expect follow through. I've sent a couple PM's...messages, and an email requesting even a tracking number to make sure one of us is home to sign for it. Still not even a reply.

| They sponsor so many tech sites as well as holding their own contests, that I think sometimes they may not be able to keep up with all the prizes going out. Six to eight weeks seems to be the norm for the few times I've won stuff from them. |

As Benny Hill once said?
"Then you should put more men on the job!"
I figured about a month or so. But we are not talking about a mickey mouse operation, and word of mouth travels fast. It boils down to customer service and following through with commitments in a timely fashion.

Doc, Might want to consider option #2. I think we've waited long enough for Cooler Master to get the job done LOL.
Have a great day!!
