When I said "1:1", that refers to the divider ratio between the memory frequency and FSB frequency.

But, your BIOS doesn't do that. Show me what settings you tried to use on the memory when at 800mhz and tried to OC. And how much did you try to push up?

Is 5-5-5-18 as high as you can go?

Try pushing the timings to the highest and see if it will post. If its stable, then keep cranking them down until it won't, then back them off a bit. Run some stability tests for a few hours.

well this is the best I can get it to with out uping the volts

CPU 2.4
CPU VCORE 1.325
MEM SPEED 800
MEM VOLT 2.1 "STOCK IS 1.9"
TIMING 6-6-7-19

WOULD I BE BETTER OF AT 667 WITH TIMINGS OF 5-5-5-18 AND ONLY 1.8 VOLTS?

No, you're doing good. Feed it some more voltage and see if you can crank 5-5-5-18 out of it. If not, that's a good OC. The latency in actual nanoseconds is about the same right now as 667 at 5-5-5-18. So, you're not suffering in that area, and you have more available bandwidth.

SO add more than 2.1v to the ram wont that hurt it. It's stock volts are 1.9
I know you know what your talking about so if you say thats ok then I'll do it I have great cooling in my case so I dont think it would get to warm but I tried orthos at my current timings and had error in 31sec this is waht it said.

"Type: Blend - stress CPU and RAM Min: 8 Max: 4096 InPlace: No Mem: 767 Time: 15

2:Torture Test ran 0 minutes 31 seconds - 1 errors, 0 warnings.

So is that because my timing are too loose or what?

EDIT/UPDATE: Well I tried 800 and all types of differnt timing and never good keep it stable unless I was at 2.0GHZ but my 3D06 Score went from 5830 to 5030 and my frame rate went down in games. So I'm at 5-5-5-15/667 at 2.4 I guess I need better ram?

Yeah, you may need either better RAM or just a better OCing motherboard.
