hey i have just oveclocked my processor from 1.8ghz to 2.0ghz and i am not sure if my processor needs better cooling. Right now my processor is at 57*C I am not sure if maybe i should get some Arctic silver thermal paste or not. The hottest i have seen so far is 65*C, what should i do? Also i only have a stock heatsink and fan.

well considering mine is running at 45c I would invest in a new HS/fan and Artic Silver 5 or ceramic.

That's too hot , you need more case air flow & a copper heatsink fan .

My Sempron is 1.4GHz running at 1.8GHz and I never hit over 48C, even after hours of gaming and thats with the stock heatsink and fan.

I'm assuming your heatsink come with a thermal pad?

If so, you might want to scrape the pad off, use some alcohol to clean the base of the heatsink real well then use some AS5 paste on there. Thats what I did.
