Run the tests and then push the Print Screen (sometimes labeled PrtSc) button on your keyboard (usually on the top row near the numeric keypad). Now you will have the bitmap in your clipboard. Then go into your favorite graphics program (PaintShop, Paint, or whatever), and edit-paste the clipboard into a new image. You will now have the screen shot that you can save as an image file. In this case, using .gif format is probably reasonable for smallest file size. For this type of image you don't need many colors, so using .gif with 2, 4 or 8 colors will significantly reduce the file size over .gif with 256 colors for example. You could use .jpg if you select a high compression. Just make sure that you end up with the smallest file size possible so you don't bog down the page when people try to view it.
