i believe this to be wrong, ill check, but it should be one card at x16, the other at x8. for a total of 24 lanes.

edit: well, when it was first mentioned(SLI) it was thought to have 24 lanes and it would operate at those speeds mentioned. but i see, its either limited or the extra 8 lanes werent opened up.
