I'm unable to find original CD Rom for motherboard. Windows crashed and wiped my whole system.

The details of the board are as follows:

2 ISA Slots
3 PCI slots

On one of the chips it has: SIS 5595
Another has Super TX 100.

The board is mainly gold in colour and does not have an onboard Network card.
Windows is unable to find "PCI Ethernet Controller", "Video" or Sound.

Thank you for your help. :?
