Unless the server for the forums is an hour and 15 minute boat trip out in the Pacific Ocean the time signature for posts is way off.

My clock reads 12:53pm right now.

The timezone in my profile is correct. The time on the server running the PHPbb is off. I know it isn't a big deal. Just interesting.

If you location is one that changes the clock for daylight savings time then that is the answer. The phbb does not recognize daylight savings time....That would explain the hour difference. the minutes difference will require that you recheck your clock..

Its doing the same thing for me. Its about 13 minutes behind. I know my computer clock is right becuase I just syncronized it online and it the same with my other clocks that I just adjusted using a SW radio to listen to the time station in Ft. Collins.

Posting time has always been off about 10 minutes or so. Not sure why.

me too. phpbb has some limitations to this and I am not sure what to do about except live with it. I will research it more when I have the time.

I guess nothing is perfect.

Well IMHO the content of the post is more relevent then the time. Although seeing a whacky time like that does seem odd....
