Rambus has brought forth a court order for DRAM makers Micron, Infineon, and Hynix to show documents that prove the three companies were working together to trample competition.

They supposedly decided to fore-go patents and share technologies to try and push other companies (Samsung, Geil, Rambus to name a few) out of business.
