Microsoft announced that SP2 is finally being thrown into the que for automatic updates. Until now, it has been solely at the discretion of the end user. Now, if you're set for automatic updates, you will receive SP2.
This could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. If you're still unsure of the new update, you might want to turn off your auto-update. It is one honking download. _________________

It's definitely a good idea to install the service pack now. I suggest getting it free on CD though _________________

I finally updated myself last night. Here's hoping it works out and I don't pitch my monitor out the window.

If you throw Windows out of a window, which window will you throw Windows out of. And if Windows breaks, there be no more windows for throwing Windows out of |
