How about a feedback sticky in the buy barter sell forum?
In addition to heatware or ebay feedback, we could leave our experience with sellers or buyers within the forum?

You can always use Heatware, and its good for quite a few forums.
I have feedback from Tolemac, on a sale here.

Maybe just need to have MB.Org added as a regular forum.
