did you guys wach that race, rigged it was rigged i tell ya

so convenient that a car would crash right into another on the last lap when the leader was low on fuel and about to be passed. i think the green team was robbed by the sneaky Brazilians

they paid that guy to crash

some one needs to smack them in the head with a fire poker

Had some money on the race, did you? He wasn't that low on fuel and there was only 1 and a half laps left, so Helio was going to win regardless. eye roll

Did you even wach the post race interviews? the pit crew said "Helio had .4 left on his fuel gauge" when ask how far on a green lap that would get him they said "about a half a lap" there was more than half a lap remaining, if it was green he would have fallen off and lost. hence his secret friend creating a yellow lap condition.

No, I did not "wach" the post race interviews. The only reason I watched the race at all was because we have all the big sports events on big screen TVs at the Casino. eye roll

NASCAR and Indy are two different things and money corrupts all no matter what terrible things happen to such cool people. i just think a crash on the last lap that ensured an otherwise unattainable victory is just a little to coincidental. but thats probably just me.

Nascar or Indy, it does not matter. That hit all racing sports because an experienced legend was killed.

I have seen alot of races won that way. And I have also seen the reverse. Andretti had some experience with it in 1993 I believe. He skidded off the road on a winding turn, managed to regain control and pulled ahead of the leader on the shoulder.
The skid gave him ground on the leader and he ended up winning as a result.

I have on tape somewhere one of the most brilliant crashes I have ever seen, and it only took one car to take out about 20-30 cars, without even touching them. Strader spun out at Telledega, one year, created a huge smoke screen, and only 2 cars made it through. The rest were smashing into each other left and right.
