Motherboard: ECS K7S6A Review

Postby MoboCop » Fri May 10, 2002 3:32 pm

We have received many posts in the past about how we neglect the lower-end(read inexpensive) market. Well here is an entry from ECS that caters to that market perfectly.

Check it out and let us know what you think (post your reply to this topic please).

Enjoy.

44 out of 100? Lowest, bottom of the barrel type of board? I would have to agree with Doc's Conclusions on this one. Its an OEM system board. :? :| :?

Man, I'd have to be broker than my shoes to buy that board.
Hell, the best retailer selling that board (as compared at resellerratings.com) at the lowest price is MWave. They have it for $68.00.
Newegg has the Shuttle AK31A for $67.00 and it's a much better board. 8)

One other thing; Doc, you were very fair and complete in your review, and hopefully that will silence the critics for awhile. :P

If you did that then who would post your reviews? And who would read you your favorite bedtime story, Peter Pan?

I think you should make every letter of your posts a different color and use about 10 more smilies while you are it!

HAH!

(note to the uninitiated me and Doc are good friends and are messing around here)

ps...I can change your rank to Jedi Warrior so be nice.

Oh it sounded harmless from the start.. :D

But about this board....you know in Monty Python when they squash things with the giant foot? And then give a raspberry?

This board would be underneath the giant foot...
