How about OS problems

I have seen a lot of problems occuring in every known OS. But still people who are new to these OSes seems to repeat these problems and look for sites that have answers to their problems. So maybe those people who have experienced OS problems and then found the cure, may well post them somewhere so people will just go there and find the solution/s. Like the problem I post here on IE problem, seems I did not find any cure yet. If I find the cure, I promise to post it.
