the bios string is 06/02/1998-MVP3-586-8661-2A5LEC39C-00
I've searched it here, but the list of the P/N is very large, and links to review the information are broken, Error 404.
Can anybody help me?

Check for a sticker on the BIOS chip with a similar number. You might get lucky and find the model printed on the board surface...

I think is a 5AGM2.
5AGM BIOS strings has VP3 instead MVP3.
And 5AGM3 first BIOS release was dated 03/02/2000
