that's it, she won't do no more.

1.925v 200x12.5=2500mhz (amd tbred B 1700+ jiuhb)
heat goes to about 49c at max load (3d gaming) 42c@idle

still using volcano 7+ base but now modded with 80mm tornado.
my comp is now referred to by my friends simply as "ghetto beast".
it has no case, i have it mounted on an old "atari" cartridge case; some of the old timers might remember the one that the cartridges fit in bottom and console ontop.
maybe someday soon i will test your gag reflexes and post pick.
anyway, loud but stable.
cheers.

wow. That's a nice overclock for a 1700+. The voltage is high though.

Remember man HIGH fan speed, voltage. If it gives you the siren, or it starts smoking, it's not Tulatin's fault.

LOL.

If worst comes to worst what is likely to blow? just the cpu? if so u can pick xp2000's up for virtually nothing so its not too bad.

at worst, it'll take the board with it. But, most likely the cpu will just go.

it shouldn't blow though - it's got protection for that.
