Well whatever you can add will help the cause. I would still be curious as to what the dual Itanuim 2 will do. Until you try it, it's pure speculation as to how it will perform. It would also add some data to your testing of the system as well. The P4 you mentioned would definitely be an asset.

Put em both on the rack. Leave the dual itanium (complete with 4 clients per cpu if you can) running for a week, and post the logs.

I do not know exactly when I will have all the pieces, depends on Intel. I am excited just to play with this machine and I will share any comments, observations, and data with the group and other forums.

Will be like christmas to me. :lol:
