Len, if I handed complete all the WUs, then where do you things might go wrong? Because I think there must be something wrong in my point scoring? I haven't set any of the switches suggested by Tulatin. Do you think those switches might help with the point scoring?

I finally got my Barton sorted out. I'm doing a tinker on it too. It's running at 2200 mhz and doing a frame every 4 miuntes and 35 seconds, so I'd say your's was performing about where it should be Danny. Len, I'm running the graphical version and I can't seem to find the point values for WU's. What should a 400 frame tinker be worth?

I was wrong when I made that statement. I had a video driver that was corrupt and it caused me to start and prematurelyabort 2 work units before I got it strightened out. I do have it fixed now I think. It's doing a tinker at about a frame every two minutes now:

I believe it's because i've handed in higer value work units - mostly grommacks.

Here's what my point counter should be.

Project WU
320 1 - 51.40 points
332 2 - 51.40 points (102.80 points)
363 1 - 54.60 points
372 1 - 53.30 points
382 1 - 53.30 points
572 1 - 47.00 points
611 1 - no longer listed. Probably aa 1-5 point tinker
638 1 - 70.90 points
648 1 - no longer listed. Probably a 1-5 point tinker
682 1 - 30.10 points
------------------------
11 Work Units, 465.40 +/- 10 points
My counter is at 489.

I think it depends mostly on the type of WU. Because when there is a 30 point wu with 2500 frames, you will be doing frames very quickly. So which # were you doing while getting a frame every 2 minutes southwind?

It was WU# 681. It was a 400 frame tinker wu. I'm running a Gromac WU #344 now and it doing 5000 steps(1%) every 11 minutes.

We need to begin composing an average of speeds for work units.

It's hard to be very exact with all the variables involved, but I've Folded with machines from a SlotA 900 T-Bird to the 2500 Barton and horsepower does make a difference. I haven't had the Barton overclocked but since yesterday, but I can see a huge difference between it an an O/C ed 1700 I have on the same desk.
