why don't you implement it w/ your own server- isn't linux essentially unix (you've got fic503+ systems-2 or 3?)? states that it can be use different speed processors- work out the format in small scale. came upon this while checking out the forums at linuxiso.org- they were talking about seti- figured i'd post it here.
finally checked the iso cd's that i created a month ago w/ md5sum file check- they look good. situation is, it's been a month since i burned the cd's, and redhat 7.3 was a beta then, now it's released, so i don't know if i should make 7.3 cd's, or load the 7.2 version- does the upgrade work ok, or like w/ windows, is a full install best? |

I've got 4 now actually running various O/S. Eventually I will have a Linux system running SETI deticated all the time, but the box I have right now is having trouble getting SETI to work (inheriant hardware issue).
Right now I've got a box running SETI under Windows, but its not very fast.
Parrallel computing like in that photo is very fast, the more computers, the more data is computed. _________________ "Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality." -Jules de Gautier
