I think the Soltek board overclocks higher but if I could get either for free I would get the Asus. It performs slightly better and has more features but it also costs more money. Both are very stable.

im gonna have to go with the Asus board

  1. its the board i use so i kinda have to
  2. its packed with features like usb 2.0, firewire,ata133, Raid,smartcard reader, talking bios, sm,sd reader, and alot more
  3. its very stable

I used only Asus boards myself, but I read some reviews about Soyo motherboards and was very impressed. I decided to buy two of them and try them out. One a P4S-645-DX Ultra Dragon and a Fire Dragon.
