AMD classic or T-bird?

I'm going to upgrade and I'd like to know which one is better for gaming and surfing the net. Tha AMD Athlon k7 classic 1gig or the amd athlon k7 t-bird 1gig. thanks

The Tbird 1Ghz is the obvious choice. The classic K7 is the old Slot A design. Way behind the times. If you can afford it I would not even consider those and pick up an AthlonXP processor.

thanks I have an asus k7m mobo and can't afford what I want so I have to settle. I'd like to up to an intel g850mvl mobo 478 with a 1.? gig cpu with a gig of rambus. But the credit card won't let that happen. YET

Well then the Tbird SlotA design is the way to go on your K7M Motherboard.
