Fatal error

When using the back button i am getting this error message appearing.
Dont know if its a site problem or a server problem.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 184320 bytes) in /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/forums/index.php on line 391

and i received this error yesterday. i generally don't post the errors, but then i figured i'd let you know that it's not your system:
"Host '207.44.172.21' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
notice: Could Not Connect to the Database. Please try again in a few moments. Motherboards.org

i recieved the same message as len444, thought it was just me tho. blocked me out for about 24h

typical error related to too many connections to the sql server....

If thats the case how did the boards handle that 25000 people in December. Just curious

Glad I wasnt the only one then.

Seems to have fixed itself now. :D

Was getting desperate for my fix of Motherboards 8O

Tau, the original error you recieved that started this thread I am unsure what causes that one. I have recieved it myself a few times......

The error Len444 posted was related to the sql server.

That number was ten times the previous number and many times the average number, and I think it was some sort of screw-up or anomaly.
