Which do I trust?

I know it doesn't show support for that mobo as it's too new, but try running Motherboard Monitor and see what it says. It may still read the sensors.

That was the first program I tried, although I didn't set it up fully, since I did not see my motherboard listed and had no idea what to select, but I can still give it a try.

I've had it up and running since Friday night, it was Sunday night when I got curious about the temps. I probably run it anywhere from 6 - 8 hours a day and have not come across any problems. No rebooting, lock-ups, etc and I've been mostly gaming and converting CDs to MP3. Temps are running between 49C and 60C when I check.

Edit: Tried Motherboard Monitor, only gave me a temp of -1C
