MSI Cool & Quiet

I have read several of you not using the Cool & Quiet that comes with the the MSI K8N MB. Are you just uninstalling it? What good is it doing for you to not use it?
I am running the K8n w/Athlon 64 3500 w/oem heatsink etc, 1GB OCZ, MSI NX6600GT video card. The case is generic with one fan pulling from the front and one fan blowing out the back. My temps are right now 37c system and 45c for CPU. Cool & Quiet says that the cpu fan is running at 1340 rpm and the northbridge fan is 8035rpm. I believe from the bios on startup that the case fans are running about 3000rpms.
Know this sounds long but as said in beginning what good do you get from deleting cool & quiet???

You'll get the fans working full tilt and making a racket.

There's no point disabling c&q unless you're overclocking your CPU and causing it to get dangerously hot.
