8O You didn't really say that, did you?? I have a 9800 Pro and that was the first change I made with it. The stock heatsink/fan are an absolute joke on those things. ATI is really cutting corners and dollars by using that crap. Low grade aluminum and a small, no CFM fan. :roll: Indeed, the bottom of the card used to get very hot (had to test it out first to make sure it would be compatible with my ghetto rigged system :lol: ) so I reinstalled the Water Chill and now I can touch the bottom of the card and it's barely warm. 8)

just use a silencer from arctic cooling, relocates the toastiness to a stream of air out the case rather than the card.
