$20 budget for heatsink(and fan?)

Do I get them separate or in a package? I don't want a screamer, I don't need top of the line either(though I still want quality). You have $20 to play with before shipping. Reeaddyyy....GO

Thermaltake VOLCANO 7 Variable Fan Speed Control. Retail. For INTEL Socket 370 & AMD Socket 462. $19.00

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.a ... 379&DEPA=1

or

VANTEC CCK-6027D $18.00
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.a ... 453&DEPA=1

The VANTEC is pretty loud, but has exceptional performance. The Volcano 7 can be less loud as long as you have good case temps to keep the temp. regulator from upping the rpms.

I'd personally stay away from the ORBs, they are just showpieces and nothing good.

Ya dats my boys lookin out for me like always. Thanks!

A guy that reviewed the ThermalTake Volcano 7 stated

"100% CPU at 1800XP for several hours yields processor temp of 51 C, which is almost identical to Coolermaster DP5-7H53F-A1 at 7 volts with similar noise level. So far the $8 DP5-7H53F-A1 is as good as the $19 Volcano 7. I still like the option of putting quieter 80mm fans in the Volcano 7. "

Has anyone used that coolermaster?

I'm living on the southeast side of Edmond right now. I'll be staying next to Oklahoma City Community College starting tomorrow(summer school). I'm 18, how old are you?

Well aint that some s**t. I lived in Norman for about 8 months once back in 2nd grade. Went to Cleveland Elementary. Not cmopletely sure where I lived. Seems like it was on the north side, in a neighborhood just on the other side of the street from a plaza. Seems like Brook was in the title.
