I can't figure out which is best for putting windows in my case. Is one clearer than the next? Is one less scratchable than the other?

Guess I'll have to help myself on this one.

Lexan is apparently the most durable of the 3. Lexan of similar types is known to be used in cockpit windows.

Plexi well...shoot all I know about is lexan.

I used lexan in all of the mo0ds I have done..It seems to work the best..
I usually cut it with a die grinder/dremel/(JIG SAW works too)
Just be carefull when mounting it to the case that all burrs are removed

A little late but timely no less. Lexan wins hands down. All I use. Scratches easily so take care. Clean with a non abrasive and use T-shirt material, no paper products or terrycloth. I also mask off the area I'm cutting with blue painters tape to prevent scratches. :D

lexan does scratch but it is a very strong material. it is 25 times stronger than acrylic. i recently bought some from hightechplastics for my store front window and it looks great.
