hey all.

I thought i'd create a post to show what i plan to do with my pc + case. I got some fotos of the case and insides as it is now. Then as i mess about with things i'm gonna as to the topic. This was i find i can keep track of changes, get peoples views on the best way of doing things, get comments on what needs doing and generally find out what everyone thinks. I thought it would be nice to see a few more post like this so i decided to start one myself.... so goes.

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/cutout.jpg - This one is a cutout i plan to slowly create as a window. In the end when i get my new alu case i'm gonna get it laser cut.

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/front.jpg - Front of PC as it is now

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/side_c.jpg - Side shot. Look at the silly fan cover.

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/side_o_1.jpg - Inside case shot from the side

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/side_o_2.jpg - Different angle on inside (oh look at them cables!!)

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/living.jpg - Not really Pc related. Just shows where the PC Lives. Not gonna mod my living space much.

Sorry to all who hate the linking but i didn't want the page taking ages to load up. The next project part will be a LED fanbus i'm gonna put together soon... Let me know what you think...

well after struggling away with the soldering for well over an hour, most of the work was done. All that was left is to connect the power and see how she works. You can't really get a feel for how bright the LED's are in the shots cause the one with the flash didn't really work, the one with no flash is really blury. I might take em again at a later date.

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/front_blue.jpg - Blury from LED shot

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/blu_flash.jpg - Same with flash, not very impressive but shots the unit from quite well

http://members.aol.com/senzafinedmk/unit.jpg - The busbox section with inputs for 4 12v fans.

At the moment i haven't preped the fan cables so i'll leave posting the newer, a little improved case inside for another day. Let me know what u think so far...

Hey! I was going to do a mod like that (with the switches and LEDs)! It looks great; now you've inspired me to finish mine. I've already bought all the parts, I've just got to put it all togather.
Good luck with that cutout 8O . If you can pull it off that will be one hell of a mod. Keep us posted.

Well sometime soon i'm gonna rewire all the fans n connect the bus together. While this is all going on i'm gonna have a bash at tidying the power cables n stuff but i ain't got a very big case so i'm not gonna be able to do a great deal yet.

As for the cutting out....thats gonna be a slow and quite probably painful (no really i always cut myself) process. Hopefully with the next 2 weeks i'll have something like...
