Here are a couple photos of the HSF that Thermalright sent us.

They sent us one of their silent fans and fan clips.

Here you can see the fan clipped to the Heat Sink.

Thanks again to Thermalright for providing such a great cooler for this system.

Our MB arrived today! Lets take a closer look at the Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P. Most importantly, will the monster Thermalright fit?.... the answer is Yes!, with 1" to spare. However, You cannot install the Corsair Dominator with their heatsink in DDR slot #1, the front of the Thermalright overlaps

Bill can you put the fan housing on the other side of the CPU cooler and flip the fan to push the air out the back?

hmmm... sandwich action eh? I will try it

I'll probally do something with the heat sink shroud, paint it and swap out the Thermalright fan (63.7CFM @ 28.0 dBA) to a Cooler Master new R4 120mm cooling fan with 69-90CFM and 19-30dBA.

I swapped the 120mm fan to the rear of the Thermalright HSF, pulling air through the fins to the rear exhaust.

The top handle for the Panzerbox is finished and ready for paint.

From concept to reality.

Painting it Flat Black to match the case. The cross drilled holes will remain bare aluminum.
