Peace for its people,
Love in our lives,
Delight in the good,
Forgiveness for past wrongs,
And from now on a new start.

Excellent reference link!
Yes, the Administrator Tools does have a very good error log listing.
Under the "Computer Management" there is a log in the 'applications' and 'system' under "Event Viewer.
Whenever you have the BSOD with the error message, write down the error #. If you cannot reference it easily, then MS has a very long list of known error messages and their meanings. The error message may mean differently between different OS platforms.
Sometimes, the explanation of an error is written in jibberish even the engineer who wrote it may not understand!
