Is 400mhz at 66mhz system or 366mhz at 100mhz system better?

well...

I've got a P2013 mb and a 300 or 350 AMD-K6-2 3dnow cpu. It is clocked out to 400 right now. The only prob is that I have my system clock set at 66 mhz when the instructions will run it up to 100 mhz. When I set it to 400mhzCPU AND 100mhz system clock, the screen goes black and I hear ominous beeping. If I set it to 100mhz system and 366 CPU it'll run. Which will produce more game-favorable results?

  :!: download sisoft sandra, and do comparative benchmarks of cpu, and memory- 1st@ 400mhz w/ 66mhzfsb, 2nd at 350mhz@ 100mhzfsb - then post results here as we would like to know as well

:?: ( it's my assumption that the performance will be slightly higher at 100mhz fsb, though try the variables listed below and see what works, and benchmark a couple of times, write it down, then post all results! mem will be same if pc66, might even be slightly faster at 100mhz fsb if pc100 sdram- need benchmarks to really see what variables will be best!)-

  :!: best way is to benchmark system-get all the component/ system stats ie. cpu type, what series processor (on cpu heat spreader) type of memory, ect..., then benchmark in a variety of configurations- one thing you can try is set frequency at 66mhz raise the multiplier up to next higher setting ie. 2x (actually will be detected as 6x by cpu- give it a try!) , and the other is 75mhz and 5.5x multiplier (this will raise the agp and pci bus frequency up (to about 38mhz pci), which will speed up the memory a little (verify w/ benchmark- run high stress burnin wizard continuous overnight to check stability!)- experiment, and benchmark (sisoft sandra-2002 standard)!!!:

[ps-400mhz is probably about the best you'll be able to do- try the variables anyway, w/ benchmarks and post results (remove hsf from cpu, and write down and post info listed on heat spreader on cpu- get some thermal paste $1 packet will do, and apply a little to top of heat spreader, and reapply hsf!), write down and post the lowest voltage supported on mb, as well as next one up, and compare w/ what's written on cpu- should match!]

:!: courtesy of a reply would be appreciated (w/ benchmarks as well!!) :!:

#1- It's a PA2013 not a P2013!! Sorry my bad!
#2- What's a benchmark?
#3- I know where the multiplier is, but the manual doesn't give any fsb multiplier settings such as 2x. Only such as 66mhz 75mhz 100mhz. Kinda get it? You want info on all the stuff this accomplishes?
 KingArthur

P.S.Where do I get
Sisoft Sandra & what
does it do?

the PA2013 has 2 undocumented FSB settings 112 and 124MHz. With Clock Multipliers from 1.5x to 5.5x..........
I am still trying to locate more info for you.
