help... trouble with my new OC rig: P5WD2 & pentium D 80

I got entranced by the tomshardware guide on the 805+P5WD2 combo, so I got myself that setup. However, I'm having some problems getting anything to actually overclock. My full equipment list:

P5WD2-Premium
Pentium D 805
CORSAIR XMS2(2x512MB) DDR2 675 (PC2 5400)
Gigabyte NX66L128DP (Nvidia 6600LE PCI-E, 128MB DDR)

When I go into the BIOS, I can't seem to find any way to manually adjust the FSB speed. I've tried several combinations of things and can't seem to find what I need.
Under Advanced->JumperFree I can set AI overclocking to "manual". I cannot adjust the CPU frequency to anything other than 133, but I think this is normal for the D-805 CPU, correct?
However, I'd expect to be able to adjust the FSB to something else... all I see is the option to change memory speeds (and that to no higher than 533Mhz)... what am I missing here? I think it's something obvious, but I haven't figure out what that is yet. :(
