OOOOOOOOk says it can be OCed to 800mhz FSB .Well i installed a P4 3.00ghz proc into her that runs at 800mhz and she boots with out a problem and reads the proc with out a problem.Has anyone over clocked this board before ??? or should there be any specific settings i should look for in BIOS??

Check the manual for the mobo. It will detail what FSB speeds can be employed, as well as processor family types.
The processor die has many extra pins, which act as "keys" to set the FSB, ratio, final multiplier and core voltages. Has been so since the Pentium III edition (socket 370).
If the BIOS is an original manufacturer product, likely there is no BIOS provision for any boost in speed. But a second-party provider of a similar model (from the parent company) may offer some BIOS tweaks.
